Foo Fighters invited a mum and daughter collaboration onstage to duet on ‘Under Pressure’. There’s fan footage of the unique cover below.

The Foo’s unexpectedly gained two new members over the weekend. That’s after the band invited a mum and daughter to perform a Queen and Bowie classic. As they rocked the crowds at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on Saturday night, the rock icons were joined by uber fan Maddy Duncan and her mum.

The pair launched into a version of Queen and David Bowie‘s ‘Under Pressure’, after the group had spotted that Maddy was holding a sign that requested a duet. Footage shared on YouTube shows drummer Taylor Hawkins joining Maddy on the track, while her mum occasionally takes over on vocals.

Meanwhile, Dave Grohl recently hit up the Rainbow Bar and Grill in Hollywood after an impromptu Foo Fighters pop up show to promote the Cal Jam festival. Grohl took photos and drank beer with fans at the bar, and was left with a hefty bill when he was done. You can read more on that story here.
