With just 4 weeks left until All Together Now takes place on the grounds of Curraghmore Estate, more has been revealed ahead of the August Bank holiday weekend.

All Together Now brings back its very own unique wellness area, LAWNS OF TRANQUILITY. Choose from a wide range of Yoga and Relaxation Classes, Workshops and Therapies.

‘BREATHE OUT’ – CLASSES

The Breathe Out space will offer a wide variety of classes to help guests feel good through movement, song, laughter and deep relaxation. The sessions are one hour long, for all abilities and also free. There is no need to book as classes will run on a drop-in basis.

‘BREATHE IN’ – WORKSHOPS

The ‘Breathe In Workshops’ are led by intuitive and expert teachers, all aiming to support the journey of the participant towards inner contentment and happiness. Start with Yoga in the morning by the lake and then continue with Meditation, Kundalini, Sacred Dance, Inner Child work, evening devotional singing and more. On Sunday there will be a special event with an all-night Gong Puja or sound healing journey.

Even if you’ve never sat on a mat? Not to worry – the workshops are for any ability. Some events are free and others are €10.

A fresh and beautiful oasis of wellness where festival-goers can take time out for themselves. Our therapists are some of the very best and offer massage, healing, sound work, mindfulness and more. Relax, Renew and Reset!

CALMING THE MONKEY MIND takes each participant through simple meditation and mindfulness techniques to calm the Monkey Mind. THETA HEALING works to correct imbalances in the energy flow within the body to support self-healing. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a light touch, helping to reduce stress and build underlying energy.

Herbal medicine has a long tradition in all cultures, MEDICAL HERBALIST practice have proven the huge benefits of herbs. A MINDFULNESS WALK is the practice of moving without a goal or intention and simply being aware of each step and breath. REFLEXOLOGY FROM HEAD TO TOE is an acupressure massage on zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, and systems of the body.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE stems from an ancient Ayurvedic healing system dating back to over 1000 years ago and focuses on massage of the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, and face – A great stress buster.

REIKI HEALING works by attuning to the powerful universal energy that makes healing possible through the power of touch and self-transformation. SHAMANIC CLEARING combines different massage methods to balance the chakras and create a new way to feel the body and a better understanding of the emotions. SHAMANIC REFLEXOLOGY combines reflexology practices to offer a gentle, restorative, deeply relaxing treatment.

SOUND HEALING RELAXATION can help with many ailments, such as insomnia, anxiety, headaches, fatigue, and stress. The sound frequencies and vibrations work on the mind, body and soul. SOUND THERAPY involves the vibration of a gong as a powerful method for reducing stress. The gong creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing; a state which calms the overtaxed nervous system.
