Barack Obama has shared his annual Summer playlist for 2023.
Former US President Obama has continued his tradition of sharing his favourite music, books and TV shows, which began during his time in the White House.
The playlist which you can check out below, includes tunes from the likes of Bob Dylan, Boygenius, Ice Spice, SZA, Janelle Monaé and more.
His 2021 playlist includes tracks from the likes of Bob Marley, George Harrison, Migos, Joni Mitchell along with classic artists such as Louis Armstrong, Sarah Vaughan and Ella Fitzgerald. Check that out here.
“With so many folks getting together with family and friends, there’s a lot to celebrate this summer. Here’s a playlist of songs I’ve been listening to lately – it’s a mix of old and new, household names and emerging artists, and a whole lot in between”, Obama wrote in 2021.

2021 also saw Spotify share Barack Obama’s playlist of tunes he listens to while in the shower.
“I sing in the shower, I sing outside of the shower. I am unembarrassed about singing”. He also added, “My daughters and my wife sometimes roll their eyes”.
