Red Hot Chili Peppers' Anthony Kiedis has launched his very own 'concert friendly' canned coffee brand, 'Jolene'.

The musician launched this brand with his friend Shane Powers, with Live Nation investing in the enterprise. The live music giants have also confirmed that cans of the coffee will be available at its festivals and 40 of its amphitheaters.

Jolene will be available in two flavours, including cold brew and oat milk latte. It can be consumed on its own or in one of four signature cocktails at these Live Nation venues.

Reports from Billboard this agreement between Jolene and Live Nation is similar to one that they agreed with canned water company, Liquid Death back in 2021.

Back in January, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Anthony Kiedis said that his biopic is in the works. More on this here.

Last November, a busker delivered a rendition of classic Red Hot Chili Peppers' classic 'Otherside', unaware that the band's drummer Chad Smith was watching!

Drummer Armond Davis was performing this track on Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade, in a video which was viewed more than 64 million times on TikTok.

“Yesterday, I played ‘Otherside’ by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and halfway through, I noticed someone really vibing which isn’t unusual,", he wrote on social media afterwards. More on this from Nova here.
