Taste of Dublin 2026 has confirmed its return this summer, with organisers unveiling both the event’s dates and location alongside its latest restaurant line-up.

The four-day festival will take place in Merrion Square, running from June 11 to June 14, 2026, bringing together a broad mix of established names, emerging chefs and new dining concepts from across the capital.

This year’s line-up reflects the current diversity of Dublin’s food scene, with several newcomers making their debut at the festival.

These include IBILE, a West African concept led by Tolu Asemota; Achara, focused on modern Thai flavours; and Rei Momo, offering Brazilian-inspired street food.

They will be joined by Dosa Dosa, following its first permanent restaurant opening, and Chimac, which is collaborating with Sicín Sásta for a new partnership set to be revealed in more detail at the event.

A number of returning restaurants are also confirmed.

Parrilla will bring its Mexican menu back to the festival, while BIG FAN returns with its Chinese dishes.

Bovinity is set to serve its steak offering once again, and Daata will continue to showcase Indian and Pakistani cuisine.

The 2026 edition will again be supported by headline sponsor JYSK, which is introducing a ‘House of JYSK’ installation at the festival. The space is designed to showcase Scandinavian-inspired interiors, covering areas such as dining, outdoor living and home design.

Taste of Dublin continues to position itself as a showcase for Ireland’s food industry, bringing together chefs, restaurants and producers in a single location. The event will run across four days, offering a range of options from street food to fine dining, alongside demonstrations and branded activations.

Tickets for Taste of Dublin 2026 are now on sale.
