Among the newcomers making their Taste of Dublin debut this year are IBILE, a West African concept led by Tolu Asemota, modern Thai restaurant Achara, and Brazilian street food specialists Rei Momo. Also joining the line-up are Dosa Dosa, following the launch of its first permanent restaurant, and Chimac, which will showcase a new collaboration with Sicín Sásta.

Several festival favourites are also returning. Parrilla will once again serve its Mexican-inspired menu, while BIG FAN brings back its popular Chinese dishes. Steak specialists Bovinity and Indian-Pakistani restaurant Daata are also among the returning names.
