Tom Hardy's future with MobLand is no longer in doubt after Paramount+ officially renewed the crime drama for a third season and confirmed the actor will return as Harry Da Souza.
The announcement ends months of speculation that Hardy could leave the series following reported frustrations over production delays and creative disagreements.
Rumours of a potential exit sparked concern among fans, with reports claiming Paramount+ executives were eager to keep the star attached to one of the platform's biggest original hits.

Hardy will once again lead an all-star cast that includes Pierce Brosnan as crime boss Conrad Harrigan and Helen Mirren as the calculating Maeve Harrigan, alongside Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Geoff Bell and Anson Boon.
The renewal comes ahead of Season 2's premiere this September. Since its debut, MobLand has become one of the streaming platforms standout dramas, drawing millions of viewers and establishing itself as a key franchise for Paramount+.
Season 2 will expand the show's criminal underworld with new cast members Johnny Flynn and Ophelia Lovibond, while Season 3 is expected to continue the power struggles and family tensions at the heart of the Harrigan empire.
