Two people have been arrested following a suspected knife attack on members of the same family. Gardai were at the scene in the Doolargy Avenue area of Dundalk town yesterday afternoon.
Two members of the same family received injuries in a violent knife attack in Dundalk, County Louth. The injured victims are a man and a woman and it’s understood that the individuals are related to each other.
It’s reported, the pair were taken by ambulance to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital with suspected stab wounds. Two people were then arrested following the incident.
