Guns N’Roses bassist Duff McKagan has announced a headline show at The Academy, Dublin.
McKagan will take to the stage at the Dublin venue on Monday 30 September 2024, with doors opening at 7pm.
Tickets for this show go on sale on Friday (April 19) at 9am. They are available at €45 including booking fee.
The show is part of McKagan’s ‘Lighhouse’ tour, which also supports his solo album of the same name.

McKagan Releases ‘Lighthouse’
Last Summer, Duff McKagan confirmed plans to release his new solo album ‘Lighthouse’, which features a string of collaborations, including Iggy Pop, and Alice in Chains’ Jerry Cantrell.
“The crashing…. the cresting waves, the falling through of all that surrounds you. Life sometimes tosses us around, and we feel the want of comfort and the pull of home”, McKagan said of the album.
He continued, “A ship tossed like a toy through the Cape, sails ripped and the wood groaning with the scraping of its ballast…. a soul trying with all its might to find peace and a center”.
“Find a lighthouse. I have my lighthouse…. its beacon swirling in the darkness with her warmth and promise of nurture, love, laughter, and all that is true. Won’t you be my lighthouse, give me light,… and bring me home”.
