Ozzfest is officially making its long-awaited return in 2027, with the legendary heavy metal festival set to return to the UK for the first time in more than 25 years.
The event will take place at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes on Saturday, July 10, 2027, which has been described as the festival's spiritual home.

The announcement comes after Ozzy Osbourne's widow and manager Sharon Osbourne revealed earlier this year that she was planning to revive the festival, which she launched alongside her late husband in 1996.
Speaking at the MIDEM music industry conference in Cannes in March, Sharon confirmed that Ozzfest would "absolutely" be returning.
She also revealed that bringing the festival back was something she and Ozzy had discussed before his death.
"Do you think Ozzfest would work without me?" Ozzy had asked her, to which Sharon replied: "Yeah, it's a brand. It will work without you."
According to Sharon, Ozzy was supportive of the idea and told her: "We should do it."

The festival has always been particularly important to the couple, with Sharon previously explaining that one of its biggest purposes was to give emerging rock and metal acts the opportunity to perform in front of large audiences.
"It was something Ozzy was very passionate about: giving young talent a stage in front of a lot of people," she said earlier this year.
"We really started metal festivals in this country. It was [replicated but] never done with the spirit of what ours was, because ours was a place for new talent. It was like summer camp for kids."

The 2027 edition will be the first Ozzfest since Ozzy's death in July 2025 and his emotional farewell concert, Back To The Beginning, at Birmingham's Villa Park just weeks earlier.
It will also be the first festival since New Year's Eve 2018, when Ozzy headlined the final edition at The Forum in Los Angeles.
While the UK event was originally expected to take place at Villa Park, Sharon confirmed that continuing construction work at the venue meant the plans had to change.
"Unfortunately, due to continuing construction, Villa Park won't be ready for any live shows this summer, so we had to relocate to Milton Keynes. The choice was to move Ozzfest or postpone it for another year," she explained.

The UK show is part of a wider international return, with two further events confirmed for 2027. Ozzfest will return to the US on September 11 at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California, where the festival first launched in 1996.
It will then make its debut in Mexico City on September 18 at Estadio GNP Seguros.
Sharon will curate the line-up for the comeback events, with the full list of performers expected to be announced in the coming months.
Early bird tickets for all three shows will go on sale on Friday, November 6, at 10am local time.
